Cervical radiculopathy (CR) is a disorder of the spinal nerve root commonly caused by cervical disc herniation or other space-occupying lesion, such as spondylitic spurs or cervical osteophytes, resulting in nerve root inflammation, impingement, or both.57,58 CR is usually present with pain in the neck and one arm, loss of motor function, or reflex changes in the affected nerve root distribution.
